CrownScroll per Devashish Das

CrownScroll is a lightweight Firefox extension designed to make navigating long ChatGPT conversations faster, easier, and more comfortable.

Instead of repeatedly scrolling through hundreds of messages, use a compact floating navigation panel with a distinctive vertical, watch-crown-inspired thumbwheel.

• Knurled Thumbwheel: Scroll naturally by rotating your mouse wheel, dragging the metallic thumbwheel vertically, or using keyboard controls.
• Classic Navigation Mode: Use convenient buttons to move up, down, or jump directly to the beginning or end of a conversation.
• Instant Navigation: Quickly reach earlier messages or return to the latest response.
• Scroll Progress Indicator: See your approximate position in the conversation as a percentage.
• Adjustable Sensitivity: Choose Gentle, Normal, or Fast scrolling.
• Customizable Appearance: Light, dark, and system-matched themes.
• Flexible Positioning: Place the floating panel on either side of the conversation.
• Manual Scroll Target Selection: Select the correct scrollable area when website layouts change.
• Keyboard Shortcuts: Navigate long conversations without relying exclusively on the mouse.
• Compact Mode: Minimize the floating controls when additional screen space is needed.

CrownScroll operates locally in your browser. It does not collect or transmit ChatGPT conversations, browsing history, or personal information to the developer.

No account registration, external analytics, or remote processing is required.
