Bookmark Budget
Curtail bookmark hoarding. Set a limits for the amount of bookmarks you can add per day, with bookmarks over the limit being rejected. Deleting bookmarks replenishes your budget. Optionally you can exclude bookmarks added via shortcut or imported.
