Auto-Reload for Firefox per Big Daddio

This is a manifest V2 extension and has been modified to run in Firefox
- set times between 5 seconds and 60 minutes.
- add randomized reload times
- reload times are global and apply to all websites
- set specific hours to enable auto reload
- original tracking and advertising code has been removed

Simple operation...
toggle once to set a reload for this session
toggle twice to make sticky reload
toggle a third time to unset the auto reload

Not a lot of testing has happened but it does work
