Will exclusively run on twitter.com.
Will only attempt to remove that specific tab, should not effect the other two.
Unsure if this will break in a few weeks but the only result of a break would be that the tab reappears.
The tab will be visible for a small amount of time while the extension is deleting it.

Probably will not revist this extension too often.
