Similar experience to other recent reviews, this app currently slows down the browser. Disabling until a fix is applied.

I keep getting notices from Firefox saying this extension is slowing Firefox down. But aside from that, the extension is quite pointless. You can't manage your tokens from the extension, and you still have to open the app on your phone to approve the token request.

Useful extension, though I really wish it didn't rely on the mobile app to work. Biggest problem as of late: It's crashing tabs all the time and I get the warning from Firefox that this extension is the cause. If I "stop" this extension, my tab starts working again

All this does is provide a button that sends a message to your phone. You still have to open the phone app and select a code to send.. and by the time you've faffed around with that, the token has timed out.

Utterly pointless and actually worse than just using mobile to start with.

EDIT: cant use automatic1111 in broswer with the 2FAS enabled, it slows down the browser. Cureently disabled till an updated is released.

Only works on the 2FAS demo page. Any other page the request doesn't reach the app.

For now it's incredibly great. I hope it stays open and GNU forever. No mandatory "plus", "pro" and "ultimate" licenses per month. Thank You for this bro.

Please if can an android version of this app. I use Firefox nightly and the reference browser on my phone.
I like this add on for Firefox Nightly and Firefox asan build for my windows 11 laptop.

I am very pleased with 2FAS, but I can't rate the add on, I guess maybe Android 8 is not supported. I miss sys requirements in description.

Useful, but severely slows down some web pages

After watching the video, this extension is slower than freaking typing the code. Additionally, it doesn't even work for Firefox (Inactive Tab, please refresh this tab to use the 2FAS browser extension). I was expecting to be able to log into websites without having my phone on me, but alright one star will do.

Unfortunately, this extension is unusable for me. It appears this extension does not play well with multiple tabs. I often have 100-200 tabs open at any given time. As soon as I scan the QR code to link the extension to my mobile app, all of my tabs refresh at once presumably because 2FAS is doing something in the background for each of them. My task manager shows that my CPU and memory skyrocket. Firefox went from using 765 MB of memory to over 3000 all at once. Firefox became completely unusable and unresponsive; it took a very long time for my inputs to even register closing all my windows and tabs so I could even get Firefox's extension manager to load so I could uninstall it. As soon as I did, Firefox functionality went back to normal and it had no problem with how many tabs I had open. I was excited to be able to use this extension so I could use 2-factor authentication on my browser directly, but looks like it's not in the cards with the way the extension is currently implemented.
