It's pretty useful on android, saves me a couple of clicks. It would be a boon if the new tab button were to open on the browser's own homepage though.

There's a bug, every site we open from the top sites, opens in mobile view, there's no way to apply desktop site, it is already on in the menu and settings , but when loading through homepage of this extension, there only mobile website opening, i'm using it in a android tablet, iceraven app

and please add folder support for top sites, and integrating them with importing/exporting bookmarks html files from other browsers

Thank God for this add-on! The homepage on Firefox for Android is seriously lacking. There is not an overflow menu that even compares with chromium based browsers, but because of this add-on, I am actually able to enjoy Firefox on my phone once more. Thank you so much for having this extension. Couldn't use Firefox Android without it!

Seemed good. But did not have the function I was looking for. I was looking for an easier way to bookmark pages.

Absolutely essential! This is the extension I've been waiting for. The built-in homepage and toolbars in Firefox for Android are abysmal. This extension gives us what Mozilla should have.

Very convenient extension. Makes navigating within the browser a lot easier, and you can access a growing variety of actions with one tap, you don't have to open Firefox's menu and search for it.

I have a question, though. Firefox keeps notifying me there's a new version available for this extension. I have confirmed I do indeed not have the latest version atm (I have 1.8.5). However, it doesn't give me the possibility to update it anywhere at all. Not in the extension menu, not where it displays some information about this extension, even in the browser's settings there's nothing helpful. I tried Github, where I can see that some files have been updated recently, but couldn't find a way to update the extension. Maybe that's on me, I'm not too familiar with Github and how it works, but I know how to download things. Did I overlook it? Or is there a way to update that I'm not aware of? Should I remove the extension and download it again? (I haven't tried this because I'd rather not lose my current settings.) I hope you can help me.

This is so good. Literally essential. Finally a proper configurable home page and not that useless placeholder. Everything in this extension makes perfect sense (which can't be said about design choices of the Firefox team). Thank you so much! Would you please consider an option to remove icons for Top Sites altogether so that only the names remain? Possibly color coded. Ascetic but very useful. If you ever used Naked Browser you know what I mean. (It was one of a kind, pity it's not available anymore.) Maybe even allow users to provide their own HTML for the links section (top sites), that would be a dream come true!

Having a few buttons for close tab, new tab, duplicate tab, and whatever else on mobile is a godsend. I hope they get containers on mobile because a button for open / duplicate current tab in x container would be the bees knees. Great for seeing if someone blocked you on soc 😈 that's the pipe dream, but I can live without for now
