Repoker for GitHub Autor: Matt Fauveau

Repoker brings planning poker to GitHub. Open any issue or project board, click "Point in Repoker," and run a live estimation round with your team without switching tabs. When the table agrees on a number, Repoker writes it straight back to your GitHub Project field.

How it works
- Adds a "Point in Repoker" button to GitHub issues and project boards.
- Open a room, deal a hand, and everyone votes at once. Votes stay face-down until the facilitator reveals, so the loudest voice never sets the number.
- Agree on an estimate and Repoker writes it to the Project field you choose. Your board stays the single source of truth. No spreadsheet, no second backlog, no copy and paste.

Good to know
- You sign in with GitHub. Repoker reads your board to show tickets and writes back only the estimate you agree on. It never reads or changes your code.
- Repoker works with organization Projects. GitHub does not let apps access personal (user-owned) projects, so your board needs to live under an organization.
- Decks include Fibonacci, modified Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes, and powers of two.
