- Every built-in Look has its own pointer set, an animation around the pointer, a typing effect and its own effects for completing, submitting, grades, streaks, the focus timer and Look rotation. Choosing a Look puts them all on; a Look code carries them.
- Typing effects: small particles at the caret as you type. They never read what you type, and never run in password, card or one-time-code fields, while composing, on quizzes or with motion off.

• Glaze asks before running on a site that only looks like Canvas, Moodle or Blackboard Ultra, and records nothing there until the student says Yes. Canvas on instructure.com, Ultra on blackboard.com and sites already in use stay automatic. Settings → Backup and privacy → Sites lists approved custom sites, with Remove.
• A shared Look's offer names every navigation item it hides, where each link goes, the page parts it restyles and any text it writes. A Look from someone else that hides Sign out or the profile, adds a link that isn't https, or disguises a link is refused, with the reasons shown.

• Selected bulk reads are queued per document and school site, pause after errors and rate limits, and read whole lists, reducing load and missed badges.
• Look background files live in the worker's database and are cleaned up when unused. Linked images and videos have size caps. New video and AVIF files have container metadata removed; uncleanable older files stay local and are not shared.
• Blackboard course records name their school; "Due this week" is kept per site. Draft backups are kept per site and student.
• An update that adds code to a no-code widget asks first. Removing a mod removes its data unless you choose to keep it. Mods can't send data off-site through navigation links.
• Shared notes keep syncing while you type, text syncs before files, and unused relay files are deleted best effort.
• The share relay bounds heavy traffic, limits new stored data per client per day, and expires shares after two unused years.

• Blackboard pages use consistent themed backgrounds, rounded headers and controls, and spacing across discussions, assignments, documents, announcements, Activity, Calendar and grades. Activity icons stay centered, and Course Content headings have proper insets.
• Keep scene backgrounds continuous behind navigation and keep full-page panels clear of the bar, including retained course tabs and smaller windows.
• Improve course-tab navigation, sidebar and widget layout recovery, grade and due-date handling, and Settings behavior across Blackboard and Canvas.

NAVIGATION AND WORKSPACE

• Glaze navigation on Blackboard Ultra, Canvas and Moodle: floating or embedded side rails and top bars, customizable logos, reordered or hidden items, your own links and phone tabs. Course tabs, the clock, upcoming work, focus timer and pet can live in the bar. Turn it off to restore the site's navigation.
• Canvas menus and Moodle notifications and messages open in Glaze panels. Course menus and Glaze settings are accessible from the navigation.
• A configurable sidebar on Canvas and Blackboard Ultra combines the page's sidebar with docked widgets, becoming a drawer on narrow windows. Reorder and resize with the keyboard, move widgets between layouts, and show Better To Do for one course or all courses.
• Easier submitted-document review: compact headers, expandable feedback, full screen and focus mode, with the rubric, grade and feedback accessible beside the document.

CUSTOMIZATION AND PETS

• Code-free mods add backgrounds, animations, navigation layouts, page adjustments, sticker and pet packs, and block-built widgets. Import from a code, link, file or gallery, or build a widget without coding. Firefox does not run code mods.
• Looks support looping videos, animated images and Lottie backgrounds. They stay muted, respect reduced motion and pause in hidden tabs.
• Pets grow across semesters, with room, garden, aquarium and cloud habitats, movable furniture, and draggable ball and yarn toys. Optional local learning shapes routines and preferences; reset or disable it without clearing XP.
• Share a note with an encrypted invitation. Sharing controls are in Settings, with improved Notes-panel sizing and feedback.

FIXES AND RELIABILITY

• Saved Blackboard drafts remain unsubmitted in badges and Better To Do. Completed external-tool items keep their native completion status.
• Large Blackboard gradebooks and course searches identify incomplete results. Grade, GPA and what-if calculators avoid totals from partial data while preserving saved trial scores.
• More reliable Canvas tab history, delayed pages, embedded documents and links; earlier theming and lighter loading. Course-card menus preserve color choices, stay anchored and restore keyboard focus.
• Navigation survives extension updates and reloads. Improved panel spacing, close buttons, pet animations and recovery from interrupted setup.

Requires Firefox 140+ on desktop or 142+ on Android. Google Calendar sign-in sync is unavailable in Firefox; calendar-file (.ics) export is available.
