Ecosia is catching up to Google as their search results are getting better and better.

The results show you which companies are sustainable or not.

I also like the work they're doing with donating the proceeds to tree planting and renewable energy.

Me love trees.
I'm less sure about the AI chat integration though.

For some reason. though i always use Ecosia . . . it never counts the trees planted?? So I am forever on nought . . . what to do . . .

This is actually the coolest search engine ever.

-It has !bangs, which is a super useful feature if you do not already use this I would recommend
-It takes search results from bing which is really not great, but !bings makes that irrelevant
-literally plants trees using 80% of their ad revenue

Interesting addon

I'm not sure how adding AI is helping the trees. It makes me wonder if their whole mission was a scam for the years I used it. It also just has worse results than google, which is terrible, since google has awful results as well.
