    1. Edit/Edited now replaces the ✎ icon everywhere.
    2. Shortcut text is automatically normalized on leaving the field, e.g. ctrl shift 1 → Ctrl+Shift+1.
    3. Settings are now fully reactive; there is no Save button or last-action log.
    4. The popup summary now includes warm-tab count, e.g. “6 of 32 shortcut slots used · 7 tabs kept warm”, with correct singular wording.
    5. Active pools and Pool groups are now one unified Pool groups section.
    6. Groups expand/collapse independently of editing. Entering Edit expands the group; Done leaves it expanded.
    7. Groups remain in their existing positions while edited and remain draggable.
    8. Multiple groups can be edited simultaneously.
    9. Pools can be dragged/reordered, including between simultaneously edited groups.
    10. The former pool Clear action is now Clone; clones are inserted immediately below the source pool.
    11. The shortcut instruction text has been simplified as requested.
