Unfurl par KEEP_DARK [-อาร์ต-]

Unfurl grabs a whole webpage, not just the part you can see on screen. Save it as one tall image or a PDF, then mark it up, tidy it and export it without leaving the tab.

Everything happens on your machine. No account, no server, no usage tracking. It asks for one permission, the tab you're capturing (activeTab), instead of the "read and change all your data on all websites" that most screenshot extensions want.

THREE WAYS TO CAPTURE
• The whole page. It scrolls and stitches for you, and keeps sticky headers and nav bars from repeating down the shot
• Just what's on screen right now
• Any area you drag out yourself
All three are on the toolbar button, on keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+S / V / A, rebindable from about:addons), and on the page's right-click menu.

ANNOTATE (free)
• Pen, arrow, line, text, boxes, ellipses, and emoji stickers you can search by name
• Lines and arrows in five patterns — solid, short dash, long dash, dotted, dash-dot — with a head at the end, the start, both ends or neither
• Anything you draw stays editable, and stays selected: drag it or its handles straight away without going back to the arrow tool. Click it later to move, resize, recolour or delete it. Nothing gets burned into the pixels
• Set colour, line width, font size and opacity once and Unfurl remembers them for next time
• Zoom in and out, fit to window, plus shortcuts (V/P/A/L/T/R/E/H/C, arrow keys to nudge, Ctrl+Z/Y)
• Dress the shot up before you send it: padding, background colour, rounded corners, drop shadow
• Black out anything you'd rather not show
• Number the steps of a how-to with circles, squares, map pins or pointers — the pin’s tip lands exactly on the thing you clicked, and you can set which number the next marker gets
• Want to come back to it later? Turn on keeping captures on this device (off by default) and pick how many days before they delete themselves

MORE TOOLS WITH PRO
• Proper blur and highlight
• Numbered markers that count 1, 2, 3 for you, handy for how-to guides
• Spotlight, which dims everything except the bit you want people to look at
• Crop, and cut an unwanted band out of the middle of a long shot so the two halves close back up
• Stamp the URL and timestamp onto the image for your records
• Really long pages get split across PDF pages instead of being cut off
• Watermark your exports with your own text or logo — in a corner, across the middle, or tiled over the whole page, at whatever colour, opacity, size and angle you like

READ TEXT AND HIDE DETAILS (Pro, entirely on-device)
• Drag over any part of the shot to pull the text out and copy it. Works in English, Thai and Simplified Chinese
• Scan the whole capture for emails, phone numbers, card numbers and Thai ID numbers, then blur them all in one click
• The text engine and its language files ship inside the extension, so nothing is uploaded anywhere

SAVE AND SHARE
• PNG, JPEG, WebP (Pro) or PDF. PDFs come out at the image's own size or laid onto A4/Letter, and links on the page stay clickable
• Drop files into a sub-folder of Downloads, or get asked where to put each one
• Copy to the clipboard, resized automatically to fit what Google Docs will accept
• Share to X, Facebook, LinkedIn or LINE: the image goes to your clipboard, the post window opens with the caption ready, and you paste it in. Unfurl uploads nothing
• Pro: write your own caption template, and turn the small Unfurl badge off

ABOUT PRIVACY
Unfurl never touches the network. Capturing, annotating, reading text and exporting all happen on your machine. The one thing that leaves the browser is Share, which opens the social network’s own post page with a caption in it and leaves the image on your clipboard for you to paste — we have no server in that path. Captures are deleted from local storage as soon as you’re done with them.

MADE TO LIVE IN
• Settings is grouped into cards you can collapse, so it is not one long list
• Hover any tool and the tooltip tells you its name, its shortcut and how to use it
• Dark mode follows your browser — the captured image itself never inverts
• Pick English, Thai or Simplified Chinese yourself, with flag buttons, instead of following the browser's language

WHAT EACH PERMISSION IS FOR
• activeTab / scripting — read and act on the page you asked to capture, and only when you press the button
• downloads — save the files you export
• storage — keep your settings and licence state on your device
• contextMenus — the right-click entry for starting a capture
• clipboardWrite — the Copy button
• One optional permission, asked for only when you press "Start free 7-day trial": reaching the licence server for that single request. Nothing else here touches the network.

Note for Firefox: the "Save to Google Drive / Photos / OneDrive" menu present in the Chrome and Edge builds is not available here. Firefox derives an extension's OAuth redirect URL from a per-installation id, which cannot be registered with the providers in advance, so rather than ship buttons that always fail we leave the menu out. Everything else is identical.
