Twitter Mark is designed so that the X posts you sync remain on your device. We do not operate a cloud copy of your bookmarks, likes, or searchable archive.


The extension stores synced post content, authors, dates, media references, sync history, search indexes, settings, and JSON backups in your browser's local storage. This data leaves your device only when you deliberately export or otherwise share it.

To perform a sync, the extension reads the active x.com session in your browser and makes read-only requests to retrieve bookmarks or likes for the account you are using. Twitter Mark does not post, like, follow, or send messages on your behalf.


When you sign in or purchase Pro, we may store:

• your account name, email address, and authentication identifiers;
• Stripe customer, checkout, payment, refund, and dispute references;
• your license status and the plan you purchased;
• security and operational logs needed to prevent abuse and troubleshoot the service;
• support messages you send to us.

We do not need or intend to store the contents of your X archive on our servers.


We use Cloudflare for website and database infrastructure, Google for optional sign-in, and Stripe for payment processing. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.


Local archive data stays on your device until you remove it, clear the extension's storage, or uninstall the extension. Server-side account and order records are kept only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

You can export your archive as JSON. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible account data by emailing support@twittermark.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.


We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when the product or its providers change. The current policy is also available at https://twittermark.com/privacy.

Twitter Mark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
