Fixed: "Disable on this site" now takes effect right away. Before, the video snapped back to its speed until the page was reloaded.
Fixed: sites whose player is embedded from another domain (most streaming and course sites, Vimeo/YouTube embeds) now work properly: disabling the site reaches the player, the popup finds the video instead of saying there is none, the speed is remembered and pinned speeds apply.
Fixed: unticking "Disable on this site" also removes a *.example.com rule that covered the site, and the popup no longer keeps saying "disabled" right after re-enabling.
Fixed: binding a key that another shortcut already uses swaps the two instead of leaving one dead; Escape cancels rebinding.
Fixed: a shortcut key no longer also triggers the site's own action for that key.
Fixed: backup import works in Firefox (it opens in a tab), dragging the accent color picker no longer hits the sync write limit, and time saved is no longer counted twice when two videos play at once.

New: optional "Also control audio" for podcasts and music players (off by default).
Fixed: a speed you set by hand is no longer overridden by auto speed by video length.
Fixed: the on-video badge steps aside while a dialog, menu or modal is open over the video.
Fixed: keyboard shortcuts now work on non-Latin keyboard layouts (Russian, Arabic, Greek, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese...).
Added an MIT license and a privacy policy. SpeeVid still collects no data.
