Extension doesn't work when you are trying to write a review. Constantly redirects you to the main page where you're asked to login but nothing happens. MANY fraudulent reviews, which you can't report if you report over a certain number at a time, where you're just met with a "something went wrong" type message that isn't informative or helpful at all. Reviews on the page can't be seen, even if it says there are. Support is non-existent when you actually need them. Etc etc.

They might have gotten a little better than when Odin reviewed it but they still lack administration as he stated. I have submitted a lot of issues and they rarely bother checking on things. This could really be a great service if they would get their act together.
