Silence Window par Redjard

Use Ctrl+Shift+U or click the icon to mute a window.

Options:
  - Auto-enable for regular and/or private windows
  - mute existing tabs when window is muted
  - mute newly opened tabs in muted windows
  - don't change manually muted/unmuted tabs
  - don't mute active tab
    - allways keep active tab unmuted (on tab change, etc.)
