À propos de cette extension
🏛 About Proxy Tunnel:
Proxy Tunnel surfaces a curated, searchable reference of Linux traffic proxy/tunnel tools in one sidebar, color-coded and copy-ready, without leaving the page you're on and without the need to reach for man pages or scattered project docs.

📐 Desktop Sidebar Design:
🔎 Live Filter: Type to narrow all 8 tools by name, command text, description, or category.
🗂 Three Categories: Library preloaders, transparent tunneling, and port forwarding and pivoting, each with its own header.
📋 Click-to-Copy: Click the Copy button next to any command to copy it to the clipboard.
🎨 Neon Terminal Theme: Commands in green, categories in magenta, on a dark background for high contrast.

⚙ How It Works — Nothing Sent Anywhere:
• Proxy Tunnel's entire 16-command reference is bundled as static, hand-authored data; nothing is fetched or looked up externally.
• Filtering and rendering happen entirely client-side.
• Every row and label is built with safe, text-only DOM methods — nothing is ever inserted as HTML.
• The only privileged action is writing a copied command to your clipboard when you click it.

📚 Command Coverage:
There's no single canonical list of "the proxy tools that matter." Proxy Tunnel's built-in reference covers 8 of the ones you'll actually use — library preloaders that wrap a single program, transparent tunneling tools that work at the routing level, and general-purpose port forwarding tools — grouped into 3 categories.

📊 What You See:
📇 Category Header: Groups tools under library preloaders, transparent tunneling, or port forwarding and pivoting.
🔧 Tool Entry: The tool's name and purpose, expandable to its commands.
⌨ Command Row: The command, its description, and a copy affordance.
🔎 Empty State: A clear "no matches" message when your filter returns nothing.

🖥 Features:
🎨 Neon Color Coding — Commands in green, categories in magenta, cyan focus states — always readable, always high-contrast.
🔎 Instant Filtering — Narrows the full list as you type, across tools, commands, descriptions, and categories.
📋 One-Click Copy — Copy any command straight to the clipboard.
🗂 Three Clear Categories — Library preloaders, transparent tunneling, port forwarding and pivoting.
🪶 Zero Outbound Network Footprint — The extension itself never contacts any server.

🎯 Perfect for:
• Sysadmins and developers who route traffic through proxies or tunnels but don't keep every tool's syntax memorized.
• Security researchers and pentesters who switch between several of these tools in one engagement.
• Anyone learning the difference between a preloader like Proxychains and a transparent tunnel like Sshuttle.
• Students exploring how Linux network proxying actually works.

🔒 Security-First Architecture:
✅ No Data Collection — Explicitly declared in manifest.json.
✅ No Telemetry — No analytics, no tracking, no third-party requests.
✅ No eval() or innerHTML — Safe, text-only DOM methods throughout.
✅ No Persistent Storage — No preferences or data are saved; nothing survives beyond the current sidebar session.
✅ No Network Access — No host permissions requested, no network requests made.
✅ Permissions Matched to Function — clipboardWrite only, for the Copy action — nothing more.

🛠 Technical Details:
• Compatibility: Firefox 140.0+ Desktop only.
• Runtime Execution RAM Footprint: ~17 KB (core scripts: manifest.json + sidebar.html + style.css + script.js + data.js).
• Total Extension Download/Install Size: ~43 KB (including README.md).
• Compressed Folder (.zip): ~15 KB.
• Network requests: None initiated by the extension.
• Storage: None. No browser.storage API is used.
• Permissions requested: clipboardWrite only.
• Data Collection: None (explicitly declared).

⚠ Limitations:
📚 Curated, Not Exhaustive — 16 of the most commonly used commands across 8 tools are covered; less common flags and configuration options aren't included.
🖥 Desktop Only — Firefox sidebars are not available on Android.
🔧 Assumes Standard Syntax — Commands reflect each tool's common defaults; flags and paths may need adjusting for your setup.
🧠 Reference Only — Doesn't run any of these tools, open a connection, or touch your network config; it's a lookup tool, not an integration.

⚠ Legal Disclaimer:
