POPS UP its own self promotion banners advising to pay to see not more banners... And has not option to stop showing these self-promotion banners.

Eu amava essa extensão. Ela funcionava perfeitamente, mas acabei de encontrar um problema. Mesmo eu desativando a extensão pra um site, e o site estando na "whitelist", ela continua bloqueando um popup que aparece quando eu clico propositalmente em algo que eu quero que abra. O popup acaba não abrindo e bloqueando até de eu apertar o botão pra tentar novamente. E a extensão não está mais funcionando como antigamente. As vezes bloqueia algo, quando vou abrir a página de novo não bloqueia mais...

It POPS UP its own self-promotion messages. Tried it for a week, blocks a lot of things, including all the useful stuff. Fails to get rid of adverts and overlays, but the reason I'm un-installing is its really annoying way of POPPING UP itself, to promote its OWN extra features. Ethically corrupt. Remove remove remove.

It's a FREE TRIAL ONLY. This ship is a flying cashgrab. Don't bother with it unless You want to compact it into a cube, otherwise it's a flying waste of time.

This addon worked great for a long time but Netflix no longer works with this addon enabled. I assume it's a Netflix issue and not the addon's issue. Either way, I appear to be done with this addon. Too bad.

Special Funcions nur im Abo (welche, die man aber gar nicht braucht) naja - eigentlich tolles Packet, aber es blockt zu oft Pops, die moderne Webseiten z.B. als Downloadtrigger verwenden oder sperrt layer, die benötigt werden und denkt die Seite ist defekt. Und man muss es erstmal merken (sieht man nur wenn man sich die Anzahl blockierte Objekte genauer ansieht oder blocker deaktiviert und seite neu lädt), um dann manuell und kompliziert den Blocker auszuschalten und danach ebenso aufwändig wieder einschalten. Gibt mitttlerweile besseres bzw. geht im FF mit Bordmitteln fast ohne genauso gut. Dennoch danke :)

Ironically, this popup blocker is rife with popups about its own subsciption service that you can't block. Failed at the first hurdle. Avoid this garbage.

In one word: Useless. once was a good Add-on.

The only reason I am even giving this extension two stars instead of one is because it used to be really good. That's when the developer(s) decided to make their simple, lightweight popup blocker into an entire ad campaign laced with popups (which is ironic because this is supposed to be POPUP BLOCKER) and constant in-your-face nagging to buy "premium" features. The extension doesn't even do what it supposed to do. It won't remove overlays, and it blocks ZERO popups. My browser's built-in popup blocker does a better job. What a shame an extension this good was reduced to shambles.

Bad updates killed this app that was already sus for collecting tons of your data. Now its also showing you popups (you're reading this right, its a popup blocker that creates its own popups) to upsell you on its premium version. Avoid and use something else.

Complete garbage. It does nothing, but try to make you buy their scam-ware.

The newest version of Poper Blocker has become basically paid add-on, so do your self a favor and downgrade to an older version and avoid the newest one from this point on.

A popup blocker which has popups to entice its users to subscribe to the paid pro version in order to "better" block popups...
