Hate and want to remove it but can't !

Not being able to add an exclusion? Really? Norton knows best, no exceptions? Well no thanks.

The plugin blocks all pages, files that deem a threat. You can not add exclusions. It only helps turn off or uninstalling. The user is treated as an idiot.

I want to get rid of it

Too nanny-ish. Adult content is blocked. Why? I am a responsible adult of 75 and dislike Norton's blocking of items it deems unsuitable.

Ist ja wohl ein schlechter Scherz, genau das was die Norten Software verhindern soll, erlaube ich explizit mit dem Addon Safe Web.
Eigentlich soll Norton unter anderem verhindern, das jeder oder auch nur jemand meine besuchten Webseiten verfolgen kann und mich mit sinnentleerter Werbung zumüllt, gleichzeitig macht Norton genau das selber, es dürfte nach Installation von "Safe Web" dies sogar mit meiner Erlaubnis!!
Das kann doch nicht der Sinn und Zweck einer angeblichen Sicherheitssoftware sein!!!

Here's the problem ... you took it upon yourselves to add this extension to my desktop. And in the process you removed MY quick links and replaced them with leftist woke company links that PAID YOU to put their links on MY page. And I can't REMOVE them w/o removing the extension.
So nice of you to put Amazon, Google, and these other POS companies on your quick links. I guess that means you are a "woke" company too. Piss off

I understand all of your pain so, NORTON RESPOND TO THE GODDAM REVIEWS DUDE!!! AND FIX THIS CRAPPY ADD-ON NOW!!!

It does not show problems if it considers the webpage unsafe, it prevents saving files from certain webpages, with no manual prevention of this, it even prevents saving of files which are pictures or pdfs and so on. Most of the time it's useless.
Edit: it prevented me from downloading a simple .docx file from Discord, it's trash.

Don't waste your time...

Don't force users to install and enable this extension just to satisfy Norton Security. If this isn't resolved, you've at least lost me as a customer.

Way too many false positives for "known dangerous sites". It happened today, and two days ago would not allow me to log onto my OneDrive account even though I had been on it within the past 30 minutes. Will not use again.
