Apologies for the experience you have had so far.
It may be that you have declined browser permissions to use the copy function. You should be able to change that in browser settings or by re-installing the extension.
As for slow downs and general issues - we are actively working on that now and you should see improvements with the upcoming versions of the app.

Support is worthless... Now I have "premium" subscription of useless password manager. Does not recommend to anyone.
