But - if you are working in the meantime, suddenly the download window of Firefox pops up, gets the focus, and you enter something, overwriting the original "save as" filename.
If you still know what you were downloading - great. If you were only downloading one package - great. Well, and if not: good luck!
Réponse du développeurmis en ligne : il y a 3 ansUnfortunately, there is no way to ask for the filename first. Firefox only allows to show the save dialog when the content is available as a single file/URL. The only workaround I know is to turn off the dialog in the options.

Because it needs the ability to download data from every sites.
- Noté 2 sur 5par WebHD, il y a 5 ansI'm not sure if this is true for older versions of Firefox but on version 61.0.2 (current stable version), when this extension is installed (64-bit Firefox, 64-bit Windows 10 version 1803) it causes Firefox to still run in the background (2 processes in task manager) when Firefox has been closed.
This doesn't happen if you remove the extension, only when it's installed.
