A factory reset of Browser Guard has resolved this issue for many users.
To do so:
Open Browser Guard
On the top right, click the 3 vertical dots
Click "Support"
Click "Factory Reset""
Wish I had seen this earlier. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why FF was suddenly so sluggish. It just happened to coincide with getting a new modem from Xfinity so thought that was somehow causing issues. It wasn't until I started disabling addons and got to MBG that everything returned to normal. I was prepared to just leave it disabled, but the above fix worked for me. At least if it happens again, I know where to start. I removed a star from my review for the hair pulling.Réponse du développeur

Это частично помогло. Загрузка страниц всё равно занимает в 2-3 раза больше времени при включенном расширении. Надеюсь, что проблема будет исправлена.
I've been using the extension for several years. About a month ago, the extension began to eriously slow down page loading. I reset the extension to factory settings. This partially helped. Page loading still takes 2-3 times longer with the extension enabled. Hope the problem gets fixed.Réponse du développeur

Just added it to Mozilla Firefox Windows Professional 10. Installed and used no problems since 1986-1990 initial Windows Hardware and Operating Systems, few problems, little slower loading, but no major problems. Offer most if not all options Bing and the other Browsers and MS Operating Systems and Servers.

Web pages take up to 10 - 20 seconds to land.
I am a premium member of Malwarebytes for Windows Desktop.

The factory reset of this extension worked for me.
- Noté 5 sur 5par Rise, il y a un anda un paio di giorni l'estensione mi bloccava tutti i browser su cui era installata con utilizzo spropositato della R.A.M.. solo disattivando l'estensione, son tornati a funzionare correttamente. così com'è ora è inutilizzabile. Se correggerete il problema la reinstallerò di nuovo visto che fa egregiamente il suo lavoro....
Aggiornamento: dopo aver seguito le istruzioni e aver resettato l'estensione, il problema sembra essere risolto. :)Réponse du développeur

If you are seeing these notifications a lot, this is probably evidence of an infection on your machine that Browser Guard is protecting you from.
