mis en ligne : il y a 6 ansHey! I've worked a lot on pagination those last weeks, and I expect to have some related fixes in the coming weeks (I've already worked on several fixes today) since it implied quite a lot of code and changes everywhere. Tag editing not soon I'm afraid since this will be another "big feature" and I might not have enough time in the next weeks. Icon color option would be easy to implement I believe, I don't forget it :) - Noté 5 sur 5par Rajitha, il y a 7 ansThank you so much for reviving the old pocket addon for Firefox.
Unfortunately Pocket(or should I say firefox) has removed the ability to search by tags in the free version.
Update #1
I got reply from Pocket team regarding the tags issue. I think the reason below is why you can't implement tag search option. Hope this helps.
==================================
Thanks for contacting Pocket Support, Rajitha! I'd be happy to explain a bit more.
In the free version of Pocket you can only use our Search tool to find items by URL or title. We do offer a way to search Tags unless you use the full list.
You will need to look at the Tag list to search by a tag in the free version.
However, our Premium feature does offer Tag search in the Search Bar. You can learn more about our Full-Text Search Premium feature by following this link: https://help.getpocket.com/article/894-pocket-premium-full-text-search
Please let me know if you have any questions on this!Réponse du développeur

mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansHi, I'd love to get more feedback about what you liked/disliked in the addon. Don't hesitate to add details to your review, ping me on twitter or send me more feedback at http://bit.ly/inmypocketcontact. - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13519871 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansThanks so much for doing this! I almost gave up on Firefox (57.0) after finding it doesn't support the old isreaditlater@ideashower.com.xpi I was installing from a file. I don't know why they messed with a perfect formula that was the old readitlater, but that's progress for you!

mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansGlad to help :) I had stopped using the old addon a long time ago, it was getting too complicated to keep on using it. I asked Pocket once or twice why they did and sent them ideas and suggestions for the pocket integration... it was "taken into account" but honestly, the new pocket integration is still completely useless to me, compared to the old addon. And it looks like I'm not the only one in that situation judging by the feedback I get. - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13511401 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansExactly what I needed! Thank you for bringing this handy button / utility back!

One thing I am still missing is the filter by Inbox/Archive/...Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansYeah indeed, I can't do this at the moment. And honestly, I have some ideas about how this can be done, but it's a whole new thing for the addon and for the time being, I'd like to keep it focus around the main features. Still, having a way to search in "archived" items would be pretty cool. I'll add this to my own backlog, if one day I can look into this. Thanks for your feedback! - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13492630 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansThis is a great addon, really helpful. Opening the list of recently added items from a toolbar is much easier than opening Getpocket website in a separate tab.

mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansYeah, I still hope that one day, Firefox and Pocket will work on a real Pocket integration, but to be honest, I don't really know if this will happen... New Firefox seems to integrate pocket a little bit more, but will they go any further, I have no clue about that. Anyway, I'm glad that this addon is useful for other users too :) - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13488241 de Firefox, il y a 7 ansFinally I found a Pocket Firefox Add-ons which works like the old one! Thanks a lot!!

Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansIt'll be done one day. Still, adding tags is quite some work, and I intend to do this after basic stuff such as pagination for instance. I expect to include tag management in a "version 1" when all the basics will be dealt with and I'll be able to focus on more advanced stuff. Thanks for your feedback, very useful to prioritize development :) - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13470025 de Firefox, il y a 7 ans

- Noté 5 sur 5par Richard Duff, il y a 7 ansLike the other reviewers I miss the old Pocket extension so thanks for this which is much better than the integrated Pocket function within Firefox itself. However please change the default icon colour in the tool bar to red (or give users a choice).
Also the icon should always reflect the current Pocket status but does not do this when a page is added with the extension but then deleted direct from the Pocket website, as the icon should be greyed out but isn't.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansHi Richard! Thanks a lot for your detailed feedback.
- Icon colour : it's been asked once or twice. To be honest, it's not a top priority for me. Still, I know some users want this and I do keep track of all these demands, so you can expect it some day. I believe it will be a user setting.
- As for the status issue, it's more complicated. I currently retrieve page status automatically when you've not open the InMyPocket popup for 15minutes, to make sure you don't keep too much delta if you use the pocket website or applications to archive pages. Still, I can't contact the Pocket API too often (for performance reasons and because there's a quota on the calls). I can retrieve the delta in the background in addition to doing this on popup opening, but I'll always have to keep a delay of several minutes between the updates. You can still click the "refresh/reload" icon in the popup to force reload, which should correctly update the icon state... though it's not an optimal solution.
Do not hesitate to contact me through http://bit.ly/inmypocketcontact or twitter if you want to talk more about this and thanks again for the helpful feedback. - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12519553 de Firefox, il y a 7 ans
