Focus Scope is a simple browser extension that blocks distracting websites and helps you stay focused — without relying on willpower alone.

Staying focused by pure self-control is harder than it sounds.
That’s why it helps to decide the rules in advance.

Focus Scope supports the rules you set for yourself.

There are three ways to use it.

Focus Mode (Sprint)
Start a timer for 30 minutes — or any duration you choose.
During the sprint, distracting sites are blocked.

Always Block (Ticket System)
Keep selected sites blocked at all times.
Need temporary access? Use a limited number of daily unlock tickets.
You can even add a cooldown delay to prevent impulsive disabling.

Schedule Mode
Block sites automatically based on time and day.
For example, weekdays 9am–6pm, or 9pm to 5am overnight.
Overnight schedules and holiday settings are supported.

You can configure blocking your way:

Blacklist mode
Whitelist mode
AdBlock-style URL pattern rules
Custom redirect page when a site is blocked

Additional tools to support your focus:

• Stats: Visualize your focus time and block history.
• Cross-device sync: Seamlessly sync settings via your browser's built-in sync.
• Backup & Restore: Export and import your settings as a JSON file.

It includes what you need — and avoids unnecessary complexity.

Focus Scope does not collect personal user data or send identifiable information to external servers.

For holiday detection, it uses an external API that only sends the country code and year. No personal information is included.
