Loop now sticks where you left it
- Loop on/off persists across reloads + video navigation
- Dropped stale-loop jump: switching videos no longer yanks playhead to leftover loop position
- Loop UI scoped to /watch pages only

Panel mounts reliably
- Retries mount until video + timeline exist — fixes panel sometimes not appearing on slow/SPA loads

- Cross-device sync of saved loops — loops now sync across devices via storage.sync, with a one-time migration of existing loops and per-video keys (local fallback when sync unavailable).
- Move the loop as a fixed-length window — Shift+drag a handle (main timeline) or a zoom cursor to slide the loop while keeping its length; [ / ] step and nudge the window; playback seeks to the new start on move.

Fixed
- Loop band misaligned on chaptered videos — band, handles, and click-to-set now track the native playhead across chapter gaps (was drifting ~9px right). Headline fix this release.
- Zoom drag could stick — playhead/cursor drags now release when pointer capture is lost off-element.
