Dark/Light Toggle par CompileTheFlow

Switch Firefox's website color scheme between dark and light with one click or a keyboard shortcut, without touching your operating system theme.

Handy if your desktop environment or window manager doesn't expose a system dark/light setting (Hyprland, i3, Sway, and similar), or if you simply want your browser to follow a different scheme than the rest of your system.

How it works
- Click the toolbar button, or press Alt+Shift+D, to toggle between dark and light.
- The badge on the icon shows the current mode (D or L).
- Extra shortcuts for "Force dark", "Force light" and "Follow system" are available and can be bound in about:addons → gear icon → Manage Extension Shortcuts.

It changes the same setting as layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override in about:config, so sites that support prefers-color-scheme will render in their native dark or light theme.

No data is collected, no network requests are made, and the only permission required is browserSettings.
