Privacy Policy for Claude Usage Widget

Data Collection

This extension does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

Local Storage Only

• Your Claude organization ID is detected automatically and stored locally in your browser using Firefox's storage API
• Usage statistics are fetched directly from Claude's API using your existing session
• All data remains on your device

Permissions Explained

• Access to claude.ai: Required to display the widget and fetch usage data
• webRequest: Used to detect your organization ID from page requests
• storage: Saves your organization ID locally to avoid re-detection
• tabs: Allows communication between different parts of the extension

Third-Party Services

This extension communicates only with:
- claude.ai (Anthropic's official API) using your existing authenticated session

Data Security

• No analytics or tracking
• No external servers
• No data sharing
• Open-source code available for review
