- Noté 1 sur 5par Firechux, il y a un moisI am using eno in Firefox on a mac. It frequently fails. I have the same experience that others have posted here. I try to log in, it brings up another window, the window goes away without logging me in, and I'm back at the original window. I have contacted Firefox and they say to contact Capital One. I have contacted Capital One and they say it works.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13275194 de Firefox, il y a un moisDoesn't seem to work. A window seems to pop up for about half a second and then disappears. Never gets to the act of creating a virtual number.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17700955 de Firefox, il y a 2 moisWorks whenever it feels like it. Usually not when you REALLY need it. CapitalOne, do better.
- Noté 1 sur 5par colemickens, il y a 2 moisWell, tech phone support was useless. I was able to use this, and then never again. It's probably because I use Multi-Account Containers: https://youtu.be/TadM5fqx6uY
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 6406807 de Firefox, il y a 2 moisWorks great...when it works. This extension is super buggy and unreliable. I'd say works about 10% of the time and the rest it gets hung in endless login loops, loading screens, etc. Please do better Capital One.

- Noté 1 sur 5par MK147, il y a 4 mois3/4 of the time, the app fails to login and I have to go through the longer process of logging into Capital One, verifying myself, create a new virtual card, etc. I call Capital One once a month to continue notifying them of the failings of this app.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17583332 de Firefox, il y a 4 moisWhen this extension works, it's excellent. That's less than 50% of the time unfortunately which is extremely frustrating.
The most common problem is arriving at the payment page of a merchant, activating Eno, which brings up a sign-in pop up. Pushing the sign-in makes the actual logon screen flicker and disappear. Eno puts you in an infinite retry loop, which makes payment impossible.
This problem has existed for more than a year, which is solidifying Capital One's reputation for being unresponsive to the needs of customers who are trying unsuccessfully to use Capital One as a payment provider.
RELATED REQuEST
Please put virtual card creation capability on your mobile app. My mobile online payments are significant and unfortunately Capital One isn't a player because of lack of virtual card creation on my mobile phone. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15188496 de Firefox, il y a 5 mois

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16010520 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisUnlike the extension for Chrome, this addon does not allow me to sign in. The entire system seems to be different, and I can't figure out how to use it, while on Chrome I had no problems at all.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17523557 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisDoesn't work. Just useless.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14072648 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisIt's great when it works, but it's so unreliable! Not working at all now.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13523201 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisAs many others have said, the popup used to log into Capital One Eno closes immediately therefore there is no way to log in and use it.
Capital One, fix this please ASAP. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17517325 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisGreat when it works, but will periodically say it needs me to restart browser to update itself, but there is no update and it doesn't work even after restarting. And when I close Firefox, I automatically delete all site data, so the problem is not cookies or something like that.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15239782 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisIt's great when it works. The problem is it almost never works.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17510170 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisHeads up: eno does NOT work on the latest firefox version 103 (updated sometime towards the end of July. I rolled back my firefox to version 102 and the eno works perfectly. I do not know who is responsible for fixing this - eno (capital one) or firefox dev.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14904951 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisSame problem as everyone else. Sign in window opens and closes. I have been able to sign in but the Eno window doesn't create a virtual card. I just called Capital One and their tech guy said to use Chrome or I should wait a few hours and see if it works then. What a low quality tech guy, but I am not surprised. I am thinking that Firefox has done something to cause this. It seems if they offer an extension, they should check to see it will work on their browser, kind of a no-brainer. I have updated on a regular basis when available. So can the Firefox tech guys please look into this.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16278637 de Firefox, il y a 6 moisWorked OK until recently. Now "Sign in with your browser" opens one window, then another small one, then both automatically close and nothing happens. I've tried setting the browser to the most permissive policies ( regarding popup windows etc) and it still doesn't work
