Bang Startpage is a lightweight, keyboard-first new-tab page for Firefox.

Type a query and press Enter to search. Use customizable bang shortcuts to route a query directly to a selected search engine or website. The bang trigger can be changed to symbols such as @, /, !, #, or $.

Use @config to enter to the configuration options.

Bang Startpage does not use analytics or upload local settings, bookmarks, or history to a developer-controlled server. When you explicitly submit a search or bang, the query is sent directly to the search provider or destination selected by you. Those services process requests according to their own privacy policies.
