AfterTax shows the real price you'll pay: with sales tax included, right on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. Stop guessing what the checkout total will be.

Features

Tax-inclusive prices everywhere - search results, product pages, and your cart subtotal each get a small "($X w/ tax)" label.
Two rates, applied automatically - set your Canadian and U.S. rates once; AfterTax uses the right one on Amazon.ca vs Amazon.com.
Pick a region or enter your own - choose any Canadian province/territory or U.S. state, or type a custom percentage.
Instant on/off toggle - hide the labels anytime from the popup.
Private by design - everything runs on your device; no data is collected or transmitted.

AfterTax could support other sites in the future.

Caveats

U.S. rates are state-level only - county and city taxes aren't included. Many areas charge more than the state rate (for example, California's base 7.25% vs. a typical combined 8–10%). Use Custom for an exact figure.
Canadian rates are complete provincial/territorial GST/HST/PST figures.
Per-unit prices ("$3.37 / l", "$0.36 / count") are intentionally left unlabeled — only the item price gets the tax note.
Amounts are estimates, rounded to the cent, and aren't tax advice.
