I'm sorry you're finding it hard to contact us! The "Help & Feedback" on the AdBlock menu (click the AdBlock icon in the Firefox toolbar to open the menu) will take you to our support site. There, you can browse our knowledge base and open a support ticket if the articles don't answer your questions. :)

We're happy to cancel your subscription or recurring payment if you're not happy with AdBlock. Just open a ticket and provide the email address you used to start your subscription or recurring payment.

    Avoid!! This extension creates its own pop-ups and redirects your browser to automatically install updates. It is just as annoying as the ads it claims to block.

    Bloqueia muitas coisas. Inclusive, permite você apontar o que quer bloquear na página! Uma pena que o Youtube fica lento com ele, mas deve ser o tanto de scripts e outras porcarias que youtube coloca.

    If this doesn't work for youtube, why would I want to upgrade to premium to enjoy something that doesn't even work?

    Works pretty good on everything besides Youtube now (because youtube is actively being a jerk about adblockers as a whole rn). It's a little annoying to turn off/pause on sites when you actually are okay with ad but hey, c'est la vie.

    first of all I didn't sign up and if i did it was my mistake. I'm old and not PC knowledgeable and it is a nightmare to cancel. I still haven't been to cancel. I was hoping I could with just a simple phone call. I'm sure this is good for some.
