Add additional features to Regi

The goals of this extension are
1. Add additional features to REGI that might only help a subset of leaders and co-leaders. You will not likely to see these features ever implemented in REGI officially.
2. Add features that might be experimental or will be added to REGI long term. These features will likely be added to REGI eventually at which point, I will remove them from this extension.

All the features can be disabled via the options page.


Following are an incomplete list of features.

General:
Show chat bubble so you can request extension support easily

My Events Page:
Add shortcut to create google calendar event
Make table sortable and searchable
Hide all hikes that was canceled
Hide all past hikes that you didn't go (waitlisted or just submitted)

Roster Page:
Generate email template for screening
Show profile photo if they are public
Find youtube video on how to pronounce participant's name
Remove common events link(the function is incorporated into the "improved" participant events page)
Add comment automatically when changing registration status
Add helper buttons to insert different comments with initials and date
Helper to prefill/email the waiver

Participant Events Page:
Hide all hikes that was canceled
Hide all past hikes that participant didn't go (waitlisted or just submitted)
Make table sortable and searchable
Highlight common hikes in light green
Highlight the hike participant is being screened for in light blue
Show ratings for recent hikes
Highlight the hikes that are more difficult than the hike being screened for in light orange

Event Page
Prefill trip report based on event data
Prefill co-leader/leader evaluation
Prefill feedback form
Supercharge the participants table
