Causing problems Noté 3 sur 5 étoiles

I liked this addon, however since the last Windows update it seems to be interfering with links. I had to click 2 - 3 times sometimes to make a link work. I hope that this gets fixed sometime.

Works as expected Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Everything works fine for me, only thing I really need is the one click toggle button. I know there is a branch for this in github but that branch is not updated, also recently it is troublesome to install unsigned addon in Firefox. Please consider my request. Thank you for your good work.

Need option: file size limit Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Thank! It's good addon!

Need filter by file size. Converted to gif videos has big size, but smyles and decoration images has small size.

Bom Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

Fantastic addon Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Love this addon, have only been using it for a day and it's already making my life way less stressful. The ability to turn it on/off by default is legendary. Thank you so much!

Excellent addon Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Works as advertised in Fx 43.0.4

Necessary addon Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

I always kept animations disabled, but would sometimes need to use another browser to see what was going on, never thinking that such a clever addon existed! One problem I've found, though, is that the "show an indicator for paused GIFs" option makes some GIFs disappear, so I have to choose between not knowing if the GIF is animated or not knowing it is there at all

Ну наконец-то кто-то сделал Это! ;) Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Отлично, именно старт/стоп на hover

Great but interferes with Imagus Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

This add-on is great but it interferes with Imagus ( ).
Imagus' loading icons won't spin, plus they appear under Toggle Animated Gifs' 'play' icon. Gifs loaded by Imagus won't play if Toggle Animated Gifs is enabled.

Improve browsing experience, and it's opensource. A must have.

Great But Missing Something Important Noté 4 sur 5 étoiles

Honestly I like the addon...I just wish the indicator that tells me if a picture is an animated GIF was bigger. It's small, grey, and off to the side. I would prefer it much bigger, in the center, and in a more noticeable color.

Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Simple, does what is expected, handle user preferences... Great to stop this annoying Gif looping next to the text you are typing, breaking concentration... :-)

Newest Toggle Animated Gif blocking another extension - HttpFox ( When turned together httpfox doesn't display any http requests, +start/stop button problems.

Thank you for the report, hearing about these sorts of problems is very valuable.

I can't actually reproduce the problem you describe, but I do see a suspicious error "TypeError: this.treebox is undefined" appear in the console only when Toggle Animated GIFs is enabled. Certainly the fault of HttpFox though; this addon isn't doing anything weird, only using standard e10s frame scripts as of 1.3. I'd suggest you report it to, only HttpFox doesn't seem very well maintained. :(

I suppose staying on will work well enough. Note that you might experience a bit more sluggishness across all web pages if you enable e10s.

Fine Noté 5 sur 5 étoiles

Fine add-on.

No complaint, just a remark: Version 1.3 blocks the command-line in my Firebug (ver. 1.12.8 on Palemoon 24.7.2 (Gecko 24.7)) from executing commands. The command-line accepts the commands when I hit "Enter", but then nothing happens. When I open the command editor and explicitly click "Run", commands work. Know 1.3 isn't made for my configuration, nevertheless works with no problems.

Thank you for the note! It looks this is due to a race condition in Firebug 1.12.8, where this addon somehow causes the command line to be initialized too early and in an invalid state. Not really anything that can be fixed on my side, and of course Firebug 1.12 stopped receiving updates a while ago. I suppose you will just have to stay on, or take it as a sign that you should update your browser. :)
