Imho this extension should have the recommended mark, as it is such a great extension and pretty simple to use. Love it.

Excellent add-on. Something changed with YouTube at least and using a hotkey to go back 10 seconds de-syncs audio sometimes while the video is sped up. Unfortunately have to use a different add-on until this is fixed. Edit: At least on MacOS Ventura M1 Pro
