Cumulative Timers: Set a daily limit (e.g., 30 mins) for your distraction sites. It counts your time across the whole day, so "closing and reopening" the tab won't cheat the system.
The Alphabet Challenge: Want to disable the extension or delete a rule? You can't just click a button. You have to type the entire alphabet (a-z) manually. This 10-second pause engages your brain's planning center, giving you just enough time to ask, "Do I really want to do this?"
