• Set the days and hours TOCus is active, with separate schedules for each site.
• Automatically pause videos while you take a breath.
• See your completed pauses, reconsidered visits, and estimated time saved.
• Make it yours with colors, light and dark themes, and optional breathing guidance.

TOCus is free and open source. It works without internet, with no accounts, ads, or tracking. Your settings and statistics stay on your device.
