See a bot, say a bot. SynthStamp shows community tags next to Reddit accounts, posts, comments and images: bot, AI-written, repost, spam or vouched human. Tag what you spot, see what others spotted, and make up your own mind.
Spot the flag. A faint flag sits next to every username, and on comments and images people have tagged. Nothing is hidden or removed; you see the tags and decide for yourself.
Add your tag. Click the flag. Tag an account as an AI bot, repost bot or spam bot, or as an open bot like a subreddit's helper. Tag just one comment or image as AI-made, a repost or spam without saying anything about the person who posted it. Or vouch that it's human.
It follows them. A tag sticks to the account everywhere it posts. Images are fingerprinted in your browser, so a tagged AI picture is still tagged when someone reposts it, resized or mirrored.
A count of people, never a verdict. Every flag says how many people tagged something and as what. SynthStamp itself never decides who is a bot, and when people disagree you see both sides.
Useful from your first tag. Whatever you mark stays marked for you, wherever it turns up again.
What it collects, plainly. To recognise reposts, SynthStamp sends what the Reddit pages you open show:
It runs only on reddit.com. You'll see the full list before it does anything, and one switch in its menu turns the page sharing off. Details: synthstamp.com/privacy
Free. No account needed. Works on new Reddit and old.reddit.com. More sites are planned, each announced before it's switched on.

- a fingerprint of each image, never the image itself
- your tags and a random install id
- the Reddit username you're logged in as, if the page shows it
