When you create an account, we collect your email address, account and subscription metadata, and content you choose to create, save, or organise through the service.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe. We do not store full payment card details or bank account information on our own servers.

We may temporarily process technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as authentication data, browser information, or server logs. Some infrastructure providers may automatically generate operational logs as part of normal hosting and security operations.

We do not sell personal data, operate advertising trackers, or use third-party analytics platforms.
We use collected information solely to operate and maintain the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, maintain security and prevent abuse, and improve reliability and performance.

We do not use personal information for advertising purposes.

The service stores user-created excerpts and generated assets so they can be accessed privately through the application. User-uploaded branding images are stored solely for account customisation features.

We do not claim ownership over your content.

We rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate the platform, including payment processors and hosting providers. Infrastructure providers may include services such as Stripe, Scaleway, and Hetzner. Those providers may process information on our behalf subject to their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

We retain account and service data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

You may delete your account through the application settings interface. Deletion requests remain subject to any retention periods required by law or legitimate operational needs such as backups, security, and fraud prevention.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You use the service at your own risk.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your information.
