- Header chain now cached across browser sessions; the wallet resumes
  from the last known tip instead of re-syncing 27,000+ blocks on
  every popup reopen.
- Per-address UTXO scan results persist too; subsequent opens only
  scan new blocks since last sync.
- Instant balance display when cache is current (no scan wait).
- Switched cache storage to IndexedDB to avoid chrome.storage quota
  limits.
- Fixed a storage bloat bug where bloom-filter false positives caused
  hundreds of thousands of spent-output entries to accumulate.
- "Finalizing scan..." status replaces the stuck "27K/27K" display
  while waiting for the last merkle block responses.
- Firefox MV2 compatibility fix in the background script.
