Krok 1. Instalacja wtyczki.
Hejt_alert działa na przeglądarce Mozilla oraz na przeglądarce Google Chrome. Aby dodać wtyczkę do paska przeglądarki należy pobrać i zainstalować ja ze strony addons.mozilla.org. Aby zainstalować wtyczkę należy kliknąć opcję Zainstaluj.
Krok 2. Zgłaszanie treści.
Gdy udało się już dodać wtyczkę do przeglądarki zgłoszenie nienawistnych treści może nastąpić na trzy różne sposoby: 1) bezpośrednio zaznaczając lewym przyciskiem myszki tekst i klikając prawy przycisk myszki → Zgłoszenie; 2) klikając prawym przyciskiem myszko w dowolne miejsce na stronie – zgłoszenie całej strony; 3) manualnie klikając w miniaturkę wtyczki w pasku przeglądarki w prawym górnym rogu.
Krok 3. Panel zgłoszenia.
Po kliknięciu przycisku Zgłoszenie wtyczka generuje automatycznie nowe okno panelu zgłoszenia. Można uzupełnić tam dodatkowe dane o zgłoszeniu jak opis, zrzut ekranu, dodać fragment tekstu. Adres strony generowany jest automatycznie. Dopiero po zapoznaniu się z treścią panelu oraz kliknięciu Wyślij zgłoszenie zostaje zapisane w bazie!

Hate Alert is a simple Mozilla plugin, which enables you to report hateful contents with just one mouse click. Each report is verified within 3 working days. After accepting your report, the hateful content is sent to the website’s administrator. Should any more serious reports reach us, we will pass them forward directly to the police and prosecutor’s office.
How to use the Hate Alert plugin. A step by step guide.
Step 1. Installation
Hate Alert works with the Mozilla Firefox browser. To add the plugin, download it from the Addons Mozilla and install it. In the new window click “Install”.
Step 2. Reporting the content
When you’ve already successfully installed the plugin, reporting the hateful content can be done in three ways:
1. By marking the text with your left mouse button, then clicking the right mouse button and choosing the option → Report
2. By clicking in any given place of the website with your right mouse button and choosing the option “Report the website”
3. By manually clicking the logo of the plugin in the top right corner of your browser.
Step 3. Report panel
After clicking the “Report” button the plugin will automatically open a new window with the report panel, where you can provide us with further details of the report such as description, a print screen or a text fragment. The website address will be automatically generated. Remember! Only after acknowledging the content of the panel and clicking the “Send” button will the report be saved in our database.
