WatchThis! – Social Video Recommendation for YouTube™

Tired of letting algorithms decide what you watch next?
I created WatchThis! to bring the "social" back to social media and put humans back in charge of discovery.

WatchThis! is a lightweight Chrome extension designed to make sharing and discovering YouTube videos more personal and seamless.
No more copying links, switching apps, or cluttering your friends' DMs.
I wanted to make sharing as easy as it should be: recommend your favorite finds directly to your friends’ YouTube feeds with just a single click.

🚀 Key Features
- One-Click-Sharing: Spotted a gem? Hit the WatchThis! button and send it instantly to your friends without ever leaving the page.
- Integrated Discovery: Recommended videos appear directly on your friends' YouTube feeds, blending perfectly with the browsing experience.
- Hide Recommendations: Want a distraction-free session? You can easily hide friend recommendations whenever you want to focus on your own feed.
- Personal Dashboard: Create a free account to manage your friend list and keep track of your recommended videos.

💡 Why WatchThis!?
- Humanity over Algorithms: I believe your friends know your taste better than any AI. Discover videos that actually matter to you.
- No More Link Spam: Stop sending annoying links that get lost in chat histories. WatchThis! puts the content right where you already watch it.
- Stay Connected: Turn YouTube from a solitary experience into a shared one. Share the laughs, the tutorials, and the deep dives effortlessly.
