Version 1.0.1 release

• Release version bumped to 1.0 in parity with the desktop app's 1.0 release.
• Fixed an issue where media such as YouTube videos were occasionally getting tracked as two different sub-breakdowns rather than just one.
• Improved accuracy so that hovering over YouTube thumbnails doesn't trigger the now playing indicator as if you're watching a video.

0.2.40 - In previous versions, embedded media in iframes (like YouTube videos on external websites) would not be picked up as playing media. This release brings "all_frames: true" so media on other websites can be parsed properly into the Vetroscope desktop app.

On Gecko (Firefox) browsers the desktop app can't read the active tab's address, so ordinary (non-media) pages used to log under the raw window title with no favicon. The browser extension now reports the focused tab's site so those pages roll up under the real domain URL and passes the favicon through.
