Tablio

Tablio helps keep your browser tidy by renaming and organizing tabs using simple URL patterns, groups, and colors. Prioritize rules by drag‑and‑drop and keep everything in sync with automatic tidying.

Key features
- URL patterns with precedence: order rules to make specific patterns win over broader ones
- Groups with icon categories: optional icon-only badges and keywords to auto-match tabs into groups
- Color hints: pick an emoji color to visually tag tabs
- Drag-and-drop reordering: reorder both patterns and groups
- Bulk actions: multi-select patterns to delete or assign groups in one step
- Auto‑tidy: keep tabs updated as pages change
- Import/Export: back up and restore your configuration as JSON
- Privacy-first: no data leaves your browser

How it works
1. Create URL patterns and (optionally) a custom tab name and color
2. Assign patterns to groups to control sorting and add a group icon
3. Order patterns from most to least specific so the right rule applies
4. Enable auto‑tidy or click the toolbar button to organize on demand

Permissions
- tabs: read tab URLs and titles to apply rules
- storage: save your configuration locally
- scripting: set tab titles on matched pages

Limitations
- Browser internal pages (e.g., about:, chrome://) cannot be renamed by extensions
