Tab Consolidator

Lost track of tabs scattered across multiple Firefox windows? Tab Consolidator helps you reclaim your browsing sanity.

This extension scans every open window for tabs matching your chosen URL patterns and pulls them into your current window. Whether you’ve littered your windows with random YouTube videos, a Reddit tabs, or a news articles in a forgotten windows, Tab Consolidator helps bring it all a bit closer under control.

Features

• Search all windows for tabs matching customizable URL patterns
• Instantly move matching tabs into your active window
• Save time hunting for frequently used sites
• Optional customizable presets for common platforms like YouTube, Reddit, and news sites
• Close all new tabs — does exactly what it says on the tin. Might not work on all setups, but if it doesn't, let me know

The extension was originally going to include a full “centrifuge” mode—sorting each type of tab into separate windows—but Firefox’s permission model (and my own sanity) convinced me to keep things simpler. Honestly, I think this is better functionality anyway (though I could be imagining that since I don't want to figure it out). Still, I’m open to expanding features based on feedback.
