When a minor network glitch occurs and the VPN connection drops, rather than opening a new tab listing only some much less likely reasons that the connection failed, just automatically try to reconnect a few times first! Works fine on Android, but I use Windows for Banking etc.. Go someplace else that actually supports Win 7 since this one doesn't with extensions etc as advertised
