NEW SETTINGS PAGE (BETA)
• Mixer — control every tab that is making sound, not just the open one
• Drag the EQ curve: sideways for frequency, up and down for gain
• Save your own presets and reuse them anywhere
• Back up all your settings to a file and restore them later
• Saved sites now show their curve, with search and bulk delete
• Asks once for page access; the toolbar button still works without it

EQUALIZER
• Live spectrum above the sliders, aligned to the bands
• Response curve drawn on top, with the values in numbers
• Tells you when smart leveling or the limiter is eating your boost

CALM MODE
• Softer colours, no glow, no idle animation
• Follows your system "reduce motion" setting

Fixes and polish.

• New toolbar icon that stays visible on both light and dark browser themes
• Larger, clearer text for Japanese, Chinese and Korean
• Improved colour contrast so labels stay readable on every theme

What's new in 1.5.0

New look
• 12 accent colours to pick from, including Azure, Teal, Orange and Fuchsia
• 5 background styles: Midnight, OLED Black, Graphite, Nebula and Dusk
(OLED Black is pure black and saves battery on OLED screens)
• Colours and backgrounds are set separately, so you can mix any combination
• A new Appearance window keeps everything in one place, with four
quick-pick colours right in the settings

Better visualizers
• Redesigned from the ground up — they now follow the music properly
instead of barely moving
• Bass, mids and highs each get their own space, so beats are clearly visible
• The picture adapts to how loud the tab is: it stays lively on quiet videos
and never flattens out on loud ones
• New Bass Bloom visualizer that pulses with the low end
• Removed the old Pulse Bar

More languages
• Now available in 18 languages, including Hindi, Arabic, Vietnamese,
Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Turkish, Dutch and Polish
• Right-to-left layout support for Arabic

What's new in 1.4.2:

• Fixed: on Firefox, the booster could switch on but play no sound in some cases — audio now starts correctly the moment you boost.
• Improved: "Auto-Boost" is now more predictable. If your browser needs one click on the icon before it can boost automatically, it tells you so instead of silently doing nothing — and the option's description now clearly explains how it works.

What's new in 1.4.1:

• Fixed: SoundCloud and other music streaming sites are now boosted correctly. These players create their audio "invisibly" (outside the page); SuperVolume now detects and attaches to them automatically.
• Fixed: players created only after you press Play are now picked up on the fly — no page reload needed.
• New: if no media is playing yet, the popup shows a friendly hint instead of doing nothing silently.

What's new in 1.4.0:

• Night Mode — one switch flattens loud scenes, lifts quiet dialogue and cuts low rumble. Perfect for late-night watching.
• Auto-Gain — automatic loudness normalization: every video plays at the same comfortable level, no more reaching for the volume.
• Keyboard shortcuts — Alt+Shift+S toggles the boost, Alt+Shift+Up/Down changes volume by 25% (customizable in the browser's shortcut manager).
• Boost up to 1000% — new "Maximum" level, kept clean by a built-in soft-clip limiter instead of harsh digital distortion.
• All-new "Aurora" design — bigger window, glass cards, neon gradients and a smoother visualizer.
• Settings page — manage every saved site (volume, modes, auto-boost) in one table, opened right from the popup.
• Fixes: mono downmix verified, CORS-protected media is now detected and reported instead of muting, smarter update handling.

What's new in 1.3.0:

• Per-site memory — SuperVolume now remembers your volume, equalizer and settings for each website and restores them automatically.
• Smart Volume Leveling — a gentle compressor tames loud ads and sudden explosions and lifts quiet dialogue.
• Visualizer skins — choose between Holographic Wave, Retro LED Spectrum and Pulse Bar.
• New languages — the interface is now available in English, Russian, French, German and Spanish, with automatic language detection.
• Stability and performance improvements.
