Subtitle Language Learning Helper Ewing توسط

This extension helps you build language skills naturally by combining video subtitles with interactive translation and learning features. It works directly on supported streaming platforms, allowing you to learn while watching movies, series, and educational videos.

You can translate individual words by hovering over subtitles or view full sentence translations with a click. When interacting with subtitles, video playback pauses automatically so you can focus on meaning and pronunciation without missing context. Pronunciation support makes it easier to improve listening and speaking accuracy as you watch.

Custom subtitle files can be uploaded and synchronized with videos when needed, giving you full control over your learning experience. Subtitle navigation tools allow you to replay lines, jump to specific moments, and fine-tune timing if subtitles are slightly out of sync.

For long-term learning, the extension lets you collect and export vocabulary to popular language-learning platforms, helping you review and retain new words outside the video environment.

The extension supports major platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, Coursera, and other video services. Availability may depend on your region or subscription status. This project is open-source and provided free of charge, with no affiliation to the supported streaming services.
