Simple Sound Control

Per-tab volume that stays where you set it - boost quiet tabs, tame loud ones, and jump between saved levels without digging through site players. One clean popup, no ads, no accounts.

Why use it

• Per-tab control - change volume for the tab you’re on; other tabs stay untouched.
• Boost beyond 100% - bring quiet streams, calls, and lectures up to a comfortable level.
• Saved levels - store a few go-to volumes and apply them in one tap.
• Dark & light themes - pick what’s easier on your eyes; accent colors for a bit of personality.
• Built for real pages - runs on normal http and https sites; no phoning home for “config” or analytics.

Privacy

This add-on does not collect data. Preferences and saved volumes live only in your browser (extension storage on your device). There is no telemetry, no third-party trackers, and no remote servers involved in how the extension works.

How it works

The extension talks to audio and video on the current tab so you get smooth, consistent control from the toolbar popup - including sites that make their own players fiddly.
