retro badges and/or compact changelog Dan توسط

Removes theme gradients and forces dark blue background on Fx release notes pages. Also optionally (can be disabled) changes changelog-icons to legacy retro-style Firefox releasenote-section badges (from Fx 27 era, as example: https://website-archive.mozilla.org/www.mozilla.org/firefox_releasenotes/en-us/firefox/27.0/releasenotes/ )
