Simple dark blue theme one Everhart توسط

Nice simple blue theme with pattern at the top. Also hopefully changes the new tab card background and new tab text color. Don't forget the change the new tab background color to match the rest. I advise to use the color rgb(14, 41, 65) aka #0E2941.
