دربارهٔ این افزونه
SelectMind AI turns any webpage into an AI workspace. Highlight text and instantly explain, translate, summarize, rewrite, or chat — using the AI provider you already use.

Features
  • Floating toolbar — select text and run AI actions in one click
  • 30+ built-in actions — Explain, Translate, Summarize, Rewrite, Code Review, and more
  • Screen OCR — capture a page region and get an AI explanation (sidebar → OCR, or Ctrl+Shift+X)
  • Sidebar workspace — conversation history and follow-up chat
  • Command palette — Alt+Shift+P
  • Context menu — right-click selected text → SelectMind AI
  • Custom actions and pipelines
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Ollama, and any OpenAI-compatible API

Privacy
  • No SelectMind servers and no analytics
  • API keys are encrypted and stored locally
  • Conversations stay in your browser (IndexedDB)
  • When you run an action, selected text / page title / URL (and optional screenshot) go only to the provider you configured

Getting started
  1. Open Settings and add a provider + API key (or a local Ollama endpoint)
  2. Select text on any webpage
  3. Use the toolbar, Alt+Shift+P, or right-click → SelectMind AI

Shortcuts (Firefox / Zen)

  • Ctrl+Shift+E — toggle sidebar
  • Ctrl+Shift+X — screen OCR
